I’m old enough to remember when all the talking heads could babble was how boring it was for Clemson and Alabama to be in the 4 team playoff every year. I’m starting to think it was just Clemson they were bored with back then. Big Ears even advocated for Trevor Lawrence to go pro after his freshman year so we wouldn’t keep beating Bama.

they ABSOLUTELY were bored with Clemson...it was a coordinated effort to make us irrelevant....started by bashing Dabo for everything he said...then it turned to making everything about the SEC and B10.

I have always thought if we won every game, it doesn’t matter what conference you are in or what TV deal you have.
