August 31st can't come soon enough.
As it stands, our Tigers are a 13.5 pt. underdog.
Clemson is coming off of arguably their best offensive performance of 23/'24 and has made some solid offensive additions. We'll have lost some key d players and I am slightly worried about the secondary.
UGA is also off of arguably their best offensive performance of 23/'24 after they absolutely WAXED the semeninrolls. Half of their team is also in jail.
This game is also in Atlanta. Tickets are insane for a noon game.

We did squat against Kentucky until the fourth quarter. we had gone seven quarters with one offensive touchdown, and were aided by some special teams play. SC game had zero offensive touchdowns against an abysmal chicken defense. Looked similar through the first three quarters on the Gator Bowl before the exciting finish.
No question our offense showed up in the 4th period, but we were just awful until then. one quarter is a very small sample size, but we will be n excellent shape if our offense can repeat their last quarter.
I think we can keep it close with ur defense, if Cade and co can give us something we have a shot. lots of things have to fall into place but that's why they play the game.

If the four AA up front for UGA has a hard time blocking out D front.

I believe it is going to be a close game late into the 2nd half.
We can talk all day about the things that Clemson needs to do to win, but honestly, more than anything Clemson needs to bring the fight to UGA. Our 65% blue chip ratio needs to show up. Cade needs to play his best game as a Tiger. We need our best players to deliver and not fumble the ball at the 1-yard line going in for a TD. We need the broadcasters to talk about how badly the UGA O-line is performing against our D-line all game long, and how much better the Clemson O-line is performing against a really good D-line.
There was a time not long ago when we intimidated an opponent before we got off the bus. We are not going to intimidate UGA, but our Tigers need to land some haymakers and let them know they are in Atlanta to win. Clemson needs to start fast and have success early.
If our Tigers play well and the ball bounces our way some we can be in the game at the end with a chance to win.
At some point our Tigers are going to break through and get back in the conversation with the best teams in college football. Might as well start August 31st!

Clemson hangs around and keeps it within 1 score for about a half and then Georgia hits on a long pass or long run and busts the flood gates wide open. 34-13 final... or something along those lines.

Based off of what? You guys are replacing basically all of your offensive production and it's week 1. Etienne had over 100 yards once last season as the feature back at Florida, and your projected starting 3 at WR barely eclipsed 1000 yards combined. Outside of Beck I just don't understand where all of the hype is coming from.

Four returning olinemen, returning QB, upgrade at RB with Etienne, and plenty of experience returning at receiver with Lovett, Bell, and Smith. I think that offense puts more than 30 on Clemson.

Upgrade at RB is a bold take. Kendall Milton had more yards and TDs while splitting time with Edwards. Georgia won't be as good at WR and you're replacing your leader in receptions/yards/ and TDs in Bowers. Georgia will absolutely without doubt take a step back on offense this season.

But, this will be the first game of the season when offenses usually are not as crisp, especially against two good defenses. Georgia struggles to run the ball effectively and Clemson has some success due in part to a more mobile QB, opening up the passing game.

Clemson’s offense has found its identity with a lot of Mafah Man and Cade is crisp and on point. Wesco let’s college football know Wr U is back. Brinningstool reminds EsecPN announcers of Brock Bowers and Betancur shows why there won’t be a let down. Vizzina throws a TD in mop up duty and makes it 38-13 good guys!
