And wants to get out of the ACC Hamburger franchise to buy a Birger King franchise.

Burger King will pay Clemson twice as much for their burgers.

Clemson tells ACC burger that they want to leave their burger franchise. ACC has mismanaged the franchise, costing Clemson money. Clemson makes the best burgers in the ACC chain. They sell all the burgers they can make.

ACC BURGER SAYS you can leave for Burger King, but you have to pay a exit fee plus we will still own the rights to all the burgers you produce and sell. All your burgers money belong to us.

Clemson says, My resturant will no longer be a ACC burger franchise. I want nothing to do with you after I get the BURGER KING franchise. Who ever heard of a burger franchisee still owning all of my burgers once I am no longer a PART OF YOUR FRANCHISE ?

SO, Clemson sues to get a judge to rule that once Clemson gets a Burger King franchise and is no longer a part of the ACC chain, the ACC chain no longer Owns Clemson's burgers.

The ACC Burger chain would be laughed out of court.

Good for you. Showing a little creativity and everything.

Still of course - ACC Burger will maintain that they (and their partner ACC Entertainment) delivered on promises in the franchise agreement that they won’t share with you for review. Also - are you absolutely 100% sure Burger King wants to offer you a franchise? BK seems to be doing quite well at the moment as does McDonalds. Both seem pretty solid. The head of Wendy’s might have made public their interest but the menu is about the same as ACC Hamburger

OK, so you made it clear to us that you’ve never negotiated or signed franchise agreements.

You might wanna take a look at a basic Berger franchise agreement before you use it as an analogy.

There is no need for an analogy. Your analogy is not effective. You don’t need an analogy. Just talk about the Grant of rights.
