Isn't it incredible that the year 2016 will now carry that same significance? We now have multiple National Championships. Hard to get my head around it, but it's just awesome.

I always thought that the 1981 championship would be my greatest Clemson football memory...and there have been many in my life. But as amazing as that win was...this one tops it by far. Are we blessed or what?

true but this year is so different in Tigers status and approach this year. 81 team was never thought by outsiders to be a factor
