Over half of ‘10-13 composite 5* WR recruits have been arrested, kicked off teams, transferred, or lost entire seasons due to injury
Robbie Rhodes – Dismissed from team
Rick Seals-Jones (was a WR the entire time) – Missed virtually entire 2013 seasons due to injury
Dorial Green-Beckham – Dismissed from team
Thomas Johnson – Almost literally disappeared
George Farmer – Missed entire 2013 season to injury
Trey Metoyer – Current suspended for showing off his PP.
Sammy Watkins - Arrested for marijuana.
Da'Rick Rogers – Kicked off Tennessee for failing three drug tests
Kyle Prater – Transferred to Northwestern
Darius White – Transferred to Missouri
Jarvis Landry made it through clean. Stefon Diggs, Foster, Treadwell, and Mike Davis have been quiet.

RSJ and DGB were/are really good. Sammy was a 4 star. Charone peake was the 5*. Farmer is a bust. Darick rogers had issues but was rewlly good. Jarvis landry is really good.

They didn't get that Watkins was as good a receiver as there was in the country coming out of high school. Rivals and Scout did.

Farmer hasn't done anything in his two years at USC, although that's forgivable considering USC's deep WR corps and the fact that he was injured last year.
And, since it seems like you're using ESPN's rating (most of these guys were not 5- star Rivals guys), you should switch out Sammy and Charone Peake. Peake's done more than Farmer, but his expected breakout season was also ended by injury.
Here are the Rivals 5- star WRs for '10- '13, for contrast:
Laquon Treadwell (doing pretty well at Ole Miss)
Dorial Green- Beckham (dismissed)
Stefon Diggs (has been a star at Maryland when healthy, although he missed a lot of last year)
Nelson Agholor (had nearly 1000 yards last year in a WR corps that includes Marquise Lee)
George Farmer (hasn't done much, and missed 2013 with injury)
Trey Metoyer (suspended)
Sammy Watkins (was arrested, but went in the top 10 of last year's NFL draft after a great career. Was the best in college, by far, of any of these guys)
Jarvis Landry (had a good college career)
Kyle Prater (transferred)
Da' Rick Rogers (dismissed)
Markeith Ambles (transferred and hasn't really done anything)
If you had to rank these guys, Watkins would be first followed by Landry. Diggs would probably be third and Agholor would be fourth. If Green- Beckham weren't a criminal, he'd be right there with Diggs.

I'm not sure who's ratings he's using. I did a quick search for that period using Scout and found 30 5* WRs. That's about twice the number of players he listed. Also, when you throw in all those categories and mix both disciplinary and medical problems, it's not surprising that the % is pretty high.
