I'm in Chattanooga. We're doing okay. Power went out a few times but came back on within a few minutes each time.

Actually, the Sun is out right now.

In Ridgeland (near Beaufort) we've been without power since 11pm last night. We have one downed tree sitting on our roof, but it landed soft and damage looks minimal.

Severe wind damage like nothing I've ever seen, including all the Hurricanes. Tons of tree debris everywhere.....like tornados almost touched down but didn't. Lots of twisted off limbs all over the roads, yards, etc.... . Hopefully we get power back soon. Looks like pretty much all of Beaufort and Jasper Counties are without power. Except for Hilton Head, of course.

It's currently sunny, breezy, and 88F. Best of luck to all the affected fellow Tigers. 😎

In Greenville. Trees down everywhere. Many on houses and cars and lots of neiborhoods including mine are impassable. Most without power but I am fortunate to have it. Some bridges damaged by flood waters. Going to take a while to evaluate the damage.

I know at least a dozen people with trees on or through their homes.

Lyman here trees down everywhere. Lost power around 4am. Not sure why even ask when its back. Poles and cables down I have (4) large oak down one in the pool :( fortunately and I hope it continues I haven't heard anyone getting hurt. Stuff can be replaced. Hopefully a tv running Clemson football on a generator and some grilling and chilling tomorrow night will be a nice romantic evening with my next-door neighbor...I mean the wife.

The bottom fell out with rain, and the wind was really strong, but we only lost power for about a minute. But I did have to call my homeowners insurance folks bc there is pieces of shingles from the roof of my house and one of my outbuildings all over my yard and in my pool...

we haven't seen any prognostication to the times when our power will be restored. I spend half an hour working my way up and down streets in my neighborhood trying to find a store open to buy cokes and smokes.

I expect Duke Energy will soon publish some suggestions on when power will be restored in my neighborhood, unfortunate I expect the units will be weeks or days and not hours as us usual.

Trees down everywhere. I saw several houses with trees on them. My pastor’s car had a tree fall on it. I saw two cars submerged in a driveway. My neighbor across the street had a tall pecan tree fall … thankfully across the street and not on her house. About 14 of us helped clean it up … great community moment. I have not seen any damage to my house except 3 branches that fell at the back of my yard.

Prayers requested for those who had damage. This was much worse than I expected.

Still planning to go to the game tomorrow night.

Live near Greenville power went sometime before 7am this morning been without it for the rest of the day. A neighbors and I have been clearing a road with fallen trees. We got done with it right as the fire department showed up they thanked us and finished a little bit of it. Gotta start on the trees in my yard soon. This storm was much worse than I anticipated.

Newberry county, sc. no power or water since around 3 am. Been cutting wood all day. Won’t make the game tomorrow unfortunately. Fortunately, only aggravating cleanup no structural or physical harm. Thankful for that. Heard of lots of bad. This one was way rougher than anyone thought at least here.

Hardly any roads not affected by downed trees, a lot of flooding to the extent I have not seen in my lifetime. 6 people have died as a result of this storm. Please pray for those families as well as pray for all who have been affected by it.
