On Monday I said that 5 star class of 23 CB AJ Harris was a Clemson vs. OSU battle despite the lone crystal ball favoring UGA. After a crystal ball was entered in favor of Clemson I said let's just wait and see how the visit goes. Remember the mom is coming along on this trip because she could not make the last one. After talking with several people, I am going to change from a dead heat between Clemson and OSU, to now Clemson holding a pretty good lead at the moment. I am going to reframe from giving my official crystal ball at this time because I would still like to see how the visits goes, but he is on campus today.
-Something to maybe excite you a little about the potential of landing Harris, here is what I said a couple of days ago about him as a player: "The kid is good enough to play and even start his freshman year. Even with the three elite, elite corners Clemson signed this class, I think Harris is better than all three and I think each of the three of this class are elite. So that is how good I think Harris is."

saying they thought he had been a lock and would be their first commit for 2023, but had recently seemed more of a Clemson lean.

Yeah I get what you mean. OSU was like bullish, bullish on their chances here, but I always thought it was a toss up between them and Clemson, never some runaway by OSU.
-Let me say this is not done by any means, but I think Clemson now holds a pretty good lead, and Harris could decide as early as this Fall.

I was interested enough at first to read the rumors about 16-year-old kids, but then decided to just wait and find which college they decide to attend initially.
