If it was going to be canceled, it would have happened by now. Stanford spent most of the last 2 days at the airport, trying to get to Clemson. Many of the people who will be at the game tonight are already in Clemson. Parking lots have already opened for tailgating.

For what though? If it was canceled we’d all be sitting at the house with no power doing absolutely nothing. If I wasn’t going to the game I’d be home cleaning up my yard. That sounds awful on a Saturday.

Ok, don’t tell my wife I said that! Well, she probably already knows. I’ve cancelled concerts and missed weddings to watch football. My friends know Saturdays in the fall are for football only. If they want to hang, come to Death Valley or my house to watch ALL the games! Three big screens in the mancave and the first two on four game split!

He deserves all the thumbs down he gets. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Some posters have questioned whether the game be played and that’s fine. He posted a smug post like his opinion is validated over others. Then brings on the tough guy talk, oh I can back it up. I hope Clemson loses. None of that is needed. That’s like me saying I hope he is the last person in the affected areas to get power back. That’s not needed.
