I’ve had to admit this to myself.

He was a part of it. However, we can see why Klubnik wasn’t put in earlier last year

Seems pretty crystal clear at this point. I had my suspicions before he was run off but something had to be done to try and do something different. It worked for one whole game - enough to beat UNC.

I disagree. Dabos coddling of dj is why Cade isn’t more developed going into this year.

He was part of the problem, along with Streeter. Cade

may not be playing great but he's no worse than DJ. Same with Riley and Streeter.

Perhaps, but DJ wasn't the answer, either.

throw in the dirt against UNC. I know we can't judge him on one pass, but I think that throw said a lot about DJ.

DJ was the problem. He would have 10 yards open right in front of and was unable to tuck it. Cade has gotten half of his first downs today from tucking the ball. Cade has 3 major problems. He stares down his receivers this is common with young Qbs, He has terrible ball security techinque (we have fumbled at least 4 times this season on the option handoff), and finally every Cade throw is fast ball. I don't think i've seen him make a single throw that was a high arching fade, a touch pass with air under it, or a nice easy catchable ball on screen or rub route. Everything Cade throws are finger breakers. This offense will continue to struggle until he learns how to touch pass his throws.

I've reluctantly wondered the same myself, and if his experience could've helped us this year. For the record, I was heavily against DJ last year.

yes. But most people didn't think he was the only problem, only that it was odd the coaches were so adamant about not replacing him.

Oh he was part of the problem for sure. Cade did not play well today nor did the WRs.

DJ was definitely part of the problem. However not having even decent wideouts to throw to would make Tom Brady look average.
