I don’t think people have talked enough about how much improvement he had last season and what his ceiling could be in 2025. I believe that he could legitimately be in New York for the Heisman. The offense around him should be quite strong, once our RBs are sorted out. Hoping that our new DC and Dabo can do enough in the offense to allow for a special season. But anyways, it makes me very happy to see him actually having fun and racking up TDs

no Clemson player will win it while Dabo is head coach.

And we are not in the SEC. eSECpn would not allow it. Clemson is already a thorn in their side. Beating SMU and keeping another one of their SEC teams out was the latest.

I think it is more because Dabo isn’t going to keep Cade in a game if it’s a blowout to stat-pad

He could very well play good enough to win the Heisman, but that crew in NY needs someone less honorable to carry that award.

It's amazing what some improvement on the oline amd 2 freshmen playmakers can do for your confidence. I think we'll see an improved running game too which will help even more with a healthy backfield.

I wish we could find sign a transfer portal RB, maybe somebody that went to a little smaller school or mid major or something that's really good. Or maybe a big time player that just need to change the scenery for reasons other than selfishness. I'm just not crazy about the names in our running back room. Hayned looks pretty legit, but he's coming off an ACL so who knows how much he will be ready.

Great season, with more growth he can certainly be there. Obviously that means winning. Aka, Dabo's season goals. LSU will be a respected opponent, especially if they get into the playoffs.
Our opponents will make a difference too. We should have some, like ga tech that will carry a lot of weight. Either way, it will be fun.

If a Clemson man could win it, Spiller would have won it. Watson would have. Lawrence would have.
It’s a large fan base with journalism school popularity contest.
Even Heisman coaching at Clemson didn’t help.
Look at me getting old and cynical about something.

Dabo and Trevor were finalist, through. I don’t think he will win it, but I do believe there’s a good chance he is a finalist

You see, it's like playoff seedings... Just like 1-4 is who ESPN wants to be there, the heisman winner is who ESPN wants it to be. 5-8 is who deserves to be there, just like the other heisman finalists are who really deserve to win.

I think next year he needs to throw some TD passes against the Coots....something he's yet to do. 14 and 16 points on them ain't gonna cut it. Overall much better tho and probably played as well against Texas as any other QB this year.

^^^this AND our 2nd and 3rd string QBs are throwing so many TDs that Dabo suits up a manager for the 4th quarter and he's throwing TDs. There is no number too large for us to beat them by. No mercy! Humiliate them so much that they will drop football. Grind them into mushy little bits.... sorry, got a little carried away but that's how I feel.

It would be amazing if he did win the Heisman next season, but it would be a travesty at the same time as DW4 and TL16 didn't win while being here.
