He has done way better than I expected and proud he has had some great stats this year. Offense has been better except that lull in the Louisville game. I’ll give them Georgia game but the Louisville game was very poorly coached. Just beat the university of second choice and we will all be ok this years performance. Championships and playoffs has always been a bonus for me. I just enjoy the ride either way. I graduated in 1999 so everything has been better than those west years.

What about the lull in the Pitt game - 2nd half was horrible except for 1 play that won the game for us. Cade's stats ok, but looking only at team stats, you would have thought Pitt had won the game.
Just hopeful our offense and defense and pull together a complete game this weekend, because I feel that competition of USC > Louisville or Pitt this year.

He has beat up on the weak. Against better teams he was average. He's not going to get any love padding his stats against weak ACC teams. I'm concerned about how many fans have their head in the sand with Clemson football. Steady decline since Dabo decided to do it his way. Making dreams come true for assistant coaches no other real team would even consider hiring. Nothing special about this staff whatsoever. Average is the ceiling now. Just look at recruiting if you want some proof of that. We're back to 8-4 and 9-3 seasons and a large group of fans are ok with that. The wheels have to fall off before these fans pull their head out of the sand. I guess I'll just wait till that happens. I was right about West and Bowden when these same type fans "stayed positive". I'm thankful I was blessed with common sense and a critical eye. I would much rather be compared to a perfectionist and ######## like Saban then some of these pansies walking around today. There is a reason I have most of my friends and family asking for my prediction every season. I keep it real.

Umm the kid has had less than 5 turnovers the entire year, he’s not the only one on offense and isn’t the one calling some of the dumbest plays imaginable. Have never seen a player have those kind of stats and every sentence ends with a “but”

I have watched Cade every single game he has played QB. He doesn't hold up when the offensive line isn't giving him 5 or 6 seconds to find an open receiver
Very indecisive quarterback...as much as I hate to say it, you will probably see me proven right come Saturday against the coots defensive line.

Stats mean little. He still struggles with processing fast and throws with zero anticipation. Arm strength is questionable and he’s a bit too soft.

Obviously he is one of the biggest reasons we are sitting at 9 wins this year. The OL improvement has been great too.
Our defense is this team's ceiling this year.

but comparing him to Trevor is impossible because Trevor faced a completely different strength of schedule than Cade this year. It's not Cade's fault, but the comparison isn't legitimate.

Imagine the receivers he will have next season. A seasoned Moore and Wesco. You get Brown back. Then a monster in Williams. Pratt Henry seems like he will be a fine Tight end. Might be up there with what DW4 and Trevor had.

Id argue the wrs need to catch the ones that hit them in the hands might be more important. 3-4 misses in a game is not bad barring a turnover. Way too many dropped catches in crucial situations all year starting at UGA.

Cade has been MUCH better in '24 & kudos to him! Has done an excellent job developing. But 2 things: 1) this offense disappears for long stretches! Take Lville, Pitt & VT. For entire halves, we stink!! That's hard to explain. And it's not all on Cade, far from it. 2) show me something against a legit defense! One that can bring serious pressure & has an excellent secondary. He will see that Sat. Let's finally do something against a quality defense!!
