Brownell lacks emotional intelligence

Can't support his team emotionally. They can't perform under pressure nor impose their will on other teams. Can't stick to what's working or change tactics when necessary.

He’s terrible at putting the right players in the gsve at critical times. He kills all momentum when the team is on a run we were up 29-14. He stood by and watched this team throw up 3 bricks.
