Big deal. Kelly might have lost some to NIL money, but most of his recruits were signed with NIL money. He's a hypocrite.

Everyone did except for the teams with unlimited funds. Could possibly be the reason Texas has gotten alot more talented over last few years lol. SEC will soon figure out the players they used to oversign will be bought at other schools because the they can’t afford to pay the asking price for all of them.

Am I the only one who finds it comical that SEC programs are finally going to learn what it’s like playing on an unlevel playing field? Alabama, Georgia, etc. will be outspent by Michigan, Oregon Ohio State…

Yep. Money is going to separate the groups.
Revenue sharing will help Clemson reestablish itself over the Majority of the ACC, Big12, and smaller conferences because we have established financial resources that historically have been better than the competition.
The Big10 and SEC members now have a 20 million advantage in revenue over the rest of College football. The administrators for those schools will work with there "donors" to make sure money is put in the right places to put them at a financial advantage to everyone below.
That is why I keep saying that Clemson is going to be in the 15-25 spot. I believe it is easy to prove that the ratio of Blue Chip players you have in regards to your competition will basically over time correspond with your team rank. Available money to pay players is not the biggest variable in recruiting players.
But even in the Big10 and SEC you have schools that have historically invested more into football. Texas, Ohio State, Michigan, now Oregon have the deep pockets to really put a thumb on the scale. It will be interesting to see how schools like UGA, Bama, LSU respond.
I think Clemson is going to be in a uphill fight with S. Carolina. I think we have demonstrated that we can raise more than them in the past, but with them essentially getting a 20 million head start every year its a fight that over time will tilt in the gamecocks favor.
If nothing can be done about setting regulations on player payrolls, we have to find a way to at least make the TV dollars equal for everyone.

There probably aren't more than a half dozen schools that hasn't lost at least one player due to being outbid. It's the new reality of the haves versus the have nots.
