his show The Press Box is being replace by Faxon Childress Show Fax On Sports starting Monday at 9am-12noon did brad brad get fired or did he get a new job somewhere because i like his show why would they let him go

some of those hosts were fired.......some just moved on.......not sure about this one. Hopefully Faxon is better than the past 9-12 spot hosts.

Haven't had that station on my radio since baseball season ended. Will listen again closer to first football game.

The thing is...you will tune in on Monday after the opening weekend of college football (and CU vs UGA) since its the first time in months the shows will be relevant...only to learn there are no local shows because its Labor Day.

As a station manager, I would give my hosts a week of vacation in the summer in exchange for working Labor Day.

Why not give Santa Christmas Eve off? Ministers should not have to work on Sunday! And florsist should be closed on Valentine's Day.

Faxon is the son of Mark Childress who also works for WCCP. Thats all there is to it really.
