Blind ranking - what say you about these?

All rankings are current rankings (who cares if a team was ranked highly preseason as we know now they suck?)

Team A:
No Losses
Win at home against #8

Team B:
One loss at home to an unranked team
Two wins at home - against #9 and #23

Team C:
One loss away to #24
One win at home against #18

Team D:
One loss away to #1
One win at away against #21

How would you rank them against each other?

Tried not to guess at who the teams are.... didn't work.

Just looking at the raw data I would say: A, D, B, C.

Knowing who they are and who else they played and who else they played played and how they are playing: C, D, B, A
