Tom Allen. He needs to go. He’s been a bad hire.
Garrett Riley. Offense is awful. He’s got to go.
Fill in the blank your position coach.
Guys wake up. This is not any one assistant coaching issue. This is a team wide, program wide problem.
I know the pumpers will disagree with this but the signs post 2020 have been there. A season like this was coming. We slowly became softer and more dysfunctional. Yeah we were technically still winning games but anyone with half a brain could recognizing the problems. They are all a result of the poor decisions Dabo made.
This is not a one off season guys. We will continue having 6,7,8 win seasons from here on out unless major program wide changes are made. Will Dabo make them. I doubt it but we will see this off season

I'd give Allen more time. As bad as D has been, he has a lot to fix. I think he will be fine.
I agree with Riley though.
We need some good, qualified, position coaches. Especially at the skill positions.

My point was I don’t think this is an assistant coaching problem. Dabo’s really got to almost completely revamp how the whole program runs. How they recruit, how they motivate, how they practice, etc…

Riley and Allen MUST GO....They are both garbage. Dabo should probably go as well but I don't think people are ready for that conversation without getting overly emotional

Tom Allen wasn't a bad hire. You had an entirely different defensive coordinator last year and had the same results. The players are just bad.

Let the AD and Dabo handle personnel changes at the end of the season.

It’s hard to say it but the blame has to fall on Dabo. Im so appreciative of what he accomplished but we can’t keep kicking reality to the curb. The guys who devised the winning with his recruits are gone and he hasn’t been able to replace them.
