Big 12 Garbage

It already takes me 5 hours to drive to Death Valley. I could take my private jet but I let Sammy borrow it and he hasn't got back from Jamaica and Tijuana yet.

Big 12 schedule would fill Death Valley, even if the opposing teams didn't travel well. That's what matters to the athletic department

you're right. Clemson is still in Clemson, SC regardless of what conference we are in.

Road trips may prove difficult if in the Big XII but don't see it getting much better with the additions of Syracuse and Pitt (and BC). Just thought the original post had to do with us in the Big XII and the perception of further travel. Just don't think the AD looks at it except from the standpoint of the athletic budget, not the fans budget. As long as DV sells out...who cares.

For the record, Oklahoma is only slightly farther from Clemson than Syracuse. I think I'd rather play Oklahoma.

I thought they were gonna move Clemson to Texas :) Just living in northeastern SC basically 10 minutes from the ocean it would be a long haul to road games which would require flying. I am not a fan or going to Syracuse/Rutgers but at least those trips would only be twice every 2 years rather than possibly 5 or more every year. I agree w/ all of your comments though.
