because Cold Gin Dawg will be in Atlanta for the game. Cold Gin turned 55 since the last time we played but worry not because by late August, Cold Gin Dawg will be in mid-season form.
Greetin’ my lost confederate cousins from Pickens county. Tailgating at the crack of dawn. Casually swiping deviled eggs from a tailgate near you. Bumming cigarettes with aplomb. Dancing the Carolina shag with the unattached women stragglers at your tailgate. Offering you one of my home brews(skrong). Challenging even the younger amongst you to a beer shotgunning challenge. Cutting deals with country gentlemen. Telling borderline offensive jokes. Snappin’ people’s COVID masks back in their faces with 3 stooges panache. Alternatively modeling behavior for you sons to emulate and acting the fool. Stealing kisses from your co-eds, glances from your wives. Taking selfies with millennial poseurs.
I’m so geeked up to see your boys back on the schedule that I almost put on a helmet yesterday and tried to run through a brick wall. I didn’t but I wanted to.
You may have the better team. You may well win the game. But Cold Gin Dawg will be giving you a run for your money if you expect to win the tailgate. Oh and for the Jokey Smurf on here, you know who you are, who put mustard on my pulled pork sammich in Charlotte, you have been forgiven, but not forgotten.

I'm willing to bet Cold Dawg has had to come up with bail money before. He is a much better version of of a Bulldog fan than some we have experienced on here.
