Maybe not the best, but Willie Nelson. I was working at the old Ramada Inn where Willie was staying. He had shaved his head into a buzz cut. He came down and sat in the lobby. No one recognized him. He also, wouldn’t leave for LittleJohn from the hotel until he was paid.

I didn't see Eagles at Clemson. But, I did see them at the Bi-Lo Center. They were the best concert I have ever attended. Honorable mentions of live bands elsewhere: Bon Jovi, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Duran Duran (yeah, I said it). I judge a live band based on how closely they sound like their recording, whether they do it the same way or perform a different arrangement.
If we are talking strictly Death Valley/Clemson, The Rolling Stones were great! I vaguely remember Chicago and The Beach Boys at DKS. We were outside in the soccer practice field. There was a couple of kegs involved.
