That isn't true. It was split. Some LSU fans wanted Notre Dame to win because they have some hatred for Bama lately since they feel they "stole" their glory last year when they were undefeated going into the BCSNCG and had to play Bama again.

Then when they were looking for revenge this year, they were so close they could taste it. And then a last second drive by Bama to win the game was another hard pill to swallow.

So some Tiger fans are incredibly frustrated with Bama lately.

But the other half were pulling for Bama because they are SEC.

It was pretty split.
