Grant it, the sample size has been small and he hasn't been out there with the 1s, but so far I'd say he'll likely give us Kelly Bryant level offensive production. That means we'd have to go back to winning with Defense. Hopefully, he continues to grow, but if Cade goes down, I think our Offense morphs back into looking like FSU's with the added dimension that our QB is actually mobile.

Based off what I've seen, I think he's more than capable of filling in and winning with the 1s.
Go back and look at the "Kelly Bryant" level numbers. He won a ton of games. An ACCCG. Even got us to the playoffs.

It's hard to tell since he's surrounded by a bunch of back-ups...

There is a significant drop-off between the starters and most of the back-ups especially at WR and on the OL. I really like to see him get some reps with the ones.

If we continue to stay healthy on the OL and WR groups, the answer is absolutely yes. Even a non football fan could have watched the game Saturday and been impressed with Cade's play. Football is about the team not 1 player.

I think he’s further along than almost any back-up we’ve had in the Dabo era (minus DW4 and TL16 who everyone knew were going to win the job eventually).
QB room looks like it’s in good shape and being well managed. Pretty quick recovery from the DJU miss.

We live with KBryant level of production but not DJ level of production as KB won an ACCCG and got us to the playoffs.

There is no way to answer this question. CV does not practice or play with the 1’s. If he were given a week to practice with the 1’s then you could make an educated guess.

We can probably navigate and win our remaining schedule but wouldn't beat Miami in ACCCG if we ended up playing them. Not sure he can beat Louisville either.

Yes, we can! Anytime he's been in & given time in the pocket, he is poised & makes quality throws! The problem has been his backup OL is not good & he's often running for his life! He's also as good, if not better, than Cade at scrambling & gaining yds downfield

Gonna take time for the backup QB to come online. Remember! Not long ago we had issues with Cade as QB1.

I think we could win games with him. Not really sure about playing a top caliber team but I think he could do enough to win games if not more. Especially behind the starting OL.
