I'm basing my question on this taken from the Homecoming 101 site.
A float parade was originally conducted through Death Valley during the Homecoming football game, but with the growing size and importance of Homecoming as the years progress, the floats now remain on Bowman Field where students, faculty, staff, alumni and the community can enjoy them all at the conclusion of the build.

I think you might be better to interpret that as you can see the final product at the conclusion of construction. You can go there right now and watch them building them. Or hit the webcams.

Thanks. Haven't been to a homecoming game in quite some time and wasn't sure if you could still do that with the way things are now a days with liability etc. After I saw that on the site with the way they worded it I assumed they had put a stop to everyone walking around while they worked on them.
