We did get a few more votes, but still did not crack the top 25. 4-0 in ACC this year seems to not be much of an accomplishment. Go Tigers...keep winning and leave no doubt!! Tomorrow's road game will be a quad1 win!!

No, the players did not execute in crunch time or OT, but that is the part of the game that CBB can not produce in. The guys are given too much latitude to do their freestyle approach for 35 minutes and when it comes to the last 5, they are lost in the sauce. I can deal with the Memphis loss because they have some talented athletes/players, but the USC loss is inexcusable in that they just aren't very good. Unfortunately, as the polls go, they were back-to-back and the Tigers were indeed punished dropping from 12 to 24 and have not been able to climb back into the polls with limited competition lately.

When we lost to Memphis, we dropped too much. They were a top 25 team at one point.

It looks like one, but the net is currently 37 according to the article.
If we lose several games in the ACC to quad 3 and quad 4 teams and drop into the 40s for net we may be out.

Clemson, or ACC basketball in general. This is the worst case scenario. Having “ACC” stitched on our jerseys used to be a strength, now it’s a major liability.

That's started when the SEC/ESPN union started. It's become a natural for ESPiN to trounce on the ACC and we tolerate it by watching ESPiN religiously and jumpin on every link to an ESPiN site. ESPiN has turned up the volume on this spin year after year.
IDK why ACC fans don't wake up and ignore ESPiN as some of us do. I catch a little of ESPiN's hype during our ball games when football officials turn their mics on. The rest of the time my TV is on mute with no subs.
I don't care what they say, neither do I care who they favor. Frankly, I'd rather have the crabs than listed to anyone who talks for a living.
I get my news from Tnet post and one website which adds no spin to news. They state the facts without their speculations or spin. However they make comments on how a Christian can find consolation from almost each story reported. I usually skip over that because they haven't twisted my screws by providing a political opinion accompaniment.

5 more referrals and I get a free shirt. I got the coffee cup in three days after reaching 10.

If they want respect and are going to get ranked they need to keep winning. That’s all it will take. A big part of that will be winning on the road tomorrow and not having bad losses (like the coots) because we won’t have a lot of opportunities in conference this year for big wins.

AP polls mean less and less every year. Football and basketball you have people voting in those polls that don’t know squat or watch the games.

The Tigers could win 18 conference games, lose to Duke in the conference final, and still be a bubble team.
A bit hyperbolic but the point is until the ACC regains some standing in the larger basketball community, teams like Clemson will never enjoy a lot of street cred.

Tigers will settle around a 5-6 seed in tbe NCAA tournament. So do not sweat a media driven poll. It's becoming very ethically questionable. Just like football. Some of the folks with votes don't even do thier due diligence and watch these teams. AP is garbage.
