Anyone in here go to Tates Locke Basketball Camp?

I'm showing my age. In high school our entire team was required to go to his camp each summer. It was a great camp. We got outstanding coaching by Clemson and local high school coaches. It was all about fundamentals: blocking out, getting back on defense, help defense, move without the ball, etc. The good ole days. Obviously they don't coach those point any longer.

Basketball in 2017 is considerably different than basketball in 1974, But I agree with the fundamentals

I agree. Skip Wise played better than anyone CLEMSON has recruited since that time.

Yeah I also attended Tate's camp he would make us brake down in defensive stance and dare us to move and walk off it seemed like an hour would pass before he would return and nobody would move. We learned how to play defense and block out

Tates teams while I was at Clemson. Skip Wise is still the best point guard we have ever had. He made 1st team All-ACC as a true freshman, the first to ever do that in the ACC.
