Makes the game unwatchable, they fit a game in during the timeouts...
Use the NFL model, 2 minute TV timeouts
Some of these are long enough that the players have to get cold...

Went to the Tennessee vs Bama game. All those lengthy timeouts turned it into a four hour game.

I was on the channel where they just showed the field from afar during commercials (skycam maybe?). At some point I thought the stream had frozen the commercial break was so long.

The Timeouts are OK, but I mostly watch for the 90 seconds of football in between the 5 minutes of commercials.

Yes, I agree. Watching an NFL game is much more enjoyable due to the pace of the game. It also seems like there are way too many injuries this year in college.

I always laugh when the ref at the game says a team calls a 30-second TO ... then we spend the next 3.5 minutes with the TV-TO guy on the field.

Thanks goodness we have the 2 minute warning now. And thanks goodness we did not infringe on the NFL's copyright and actually call it the 2 minute warning. I am really only in it to get new ideas for how to treat mild to moderate eczema.

I hope you are paying attention to the side effects, haha.
I am frequently amused by the brand names though. Gryxnelta, etc. You have to assume they actually paid someone to come up with these.
