6-4 Efrem Butta Johnson from UAB. Been a really good guard for them the last two years. Can score and good defender with a year of eligibility. Hope for some good news soon. Links:

GreatFT shooter. Weak from 3pt range. Hopefully his D is outstanding and can slash and drive. That would be good enough.

He was always known as a streaky shooter that really went off scoring in some games. Maybe this staff could get him to play more consistent.
Remember this won't be the guard they could possibly bring in. If anything a good role player.

Johnson had 17 pts in the game vs the Tigers in the Asheville Tournament last season. Also had 19 pts in the NCAAT in San Diego State last season.

Yeah he can hit a big 3 at times. He is subpar overall. Now show the 68% of them that he misses. He isn't a deadly 3pt shooter. Let it go. Like I said, he will have other strengths I am sure.
