Get with the program! We need to dump 10 players that we recruited and landed, so that we can flood the program with malcontents. It’s called the Tnet model for team building. Hard to argue with the results here…
I guess it’s better than ragging BB on game day.

It's called roster management. If you don't set aside a few slots for it then you will always have the excuse of being "full."

Agree, i think yo recruit the best you can, and then manage the roster…. I think they do a good job though, they kno the numbers and unlike Georgia, Dabo and crew does not want the programs reputation to be, your spot isn’t honored…

Still, people have to perform, and no one bat’s 1000, so the coaches need to be willing to admit when they make a mistake and make room for people…. It’s actually very similar to running a business, if you can afford 10 people, and you find a superstar, sometimes you have to move on from a good person because they dont quite have the talent….
