Cam is nowhere near the player he was last year . Too many strikeouts in clutch situations this year .

I preface this by saying he’s prob one of my favorite Clemson baseball players all time for me… love the kid and his attitude but this year with all the hype has not been what anybody expected… I know the draft doesn’t matter as far as that goes he will still be a top pick but there’s still time for him to get hot at the right time he’s fully capable for sure.

I am as big a fan of Cam as anyone, but this is not the same Cam we have been accustomed to see come through. Quite frankly I am at a lost at what is going on. Don’t know if it’s the effects of recovery from surgery or simply high expectations with it being his draft year & he is pressing some. But, we need the old Cam back.
