All In Cookout

As you may or may not know, the All In Cookout is today. I am expecting the commits to be on hand (minus Markus Dixon, who simply can't make it). The only uncommitted prospect on hand will be safety prospect Rob Billings, who I spoke with this weekend. The proverbial handwriting is on the wall with Billings, if you get my drift.

Now, don't get the wrong idea about the Cookout and think this doesn't bode well for the Tigers. The June 1 official visit weekend took a lot of the steam out of the importance of the Cookout, and the coaches and Clemson have reaped the benefits of that weekend. Without that, this would have been a bigger deal.

As it is, it's just what the coaches want right now - a chance to get everybody back on campus a final time before school starts and get the commits together (and one that's on the way) and strengthen the bonds a little more.

No. There are some top targets like Kayden McDonald and Ronan Hanifan that simply couldn't make it.
