The program is way too loose kids shouldn’t be going downtown when their play has been #### the last 3 seasons. Conditioning is terrible, these kids should be running gassers all week and we need a new strength and conditioning coach badly

Did you see Mickens wagging his index finger after a tackle and the game was already lost. That tells you all you need to know about where our player discipline is right now. These guys are proving to be more about themselves and less about the team.

This is where the coddling has to stop and the hard coaching has to start...
