But lets hope the GM who does the firing is the next to be fired. Until Baalke leaves, TL16 and the franchise will remain on the thinnest of ice.

Yeah can't believe he was retained. Johnson supposedly won't go there unless the GM is canned. Hopefully that isn't true as he'd be the best option.

Doug Pederson was a good nfl coach prior to Jacksonville. That team has major issues.

Yet they retained Trent Baalke, who is arguably the WORST gm in the NFL. This is the guy who drafted Travon Walker over Aiden Hutchinson.....SMH.

Jax resident, long-time lurker here. People are upset at this move. Its been known we ended up w/ Pederson on the last coaching search cause he was the only one who would work w/ Baalke. There's already people saying they won't interview if Baalke is GM. Shad keeping his head stuck in the sand on this one. Going to get my paper bags and clown makeup ready for next season.
