Firstly, NHL corp office is located in USA and has some teams in Canada.
Secondly, offer is still on the table. After NFL players kneeling during the National Anthem shall remind you that sports (esp. athletes) do not reflect the peoples' beliefs.
Thirdly, Canadians fans in NHL are booing our anthem is because of the 2 nations rivalry within the sport AND not because of the offer (secondly).
