Either way, what was said in that Tweet you're taking umbrage with is that you think it's fake they didn't know the company would be purchasing bulk product before Trump's heavier tariff, or that it's all fake? But, considering tariffs have already been in place, this company if it’s a true story should have already been purchasing ahead of time.
Also, I doubt many companies wait til November to set aside a bonus for Christmas.

Also, I’d bet this person has absolutely no problem with raising taxes on corporations and claiming the corporation pays the extra tax with absolutely no cost passed on to the buyer.
Tariffs or higher taxes, both are payed by the buyer.
