Clemson is favored for the four-seed currently by KenPom's projections, with No. 6-seed next and No. 3-seed after that.

Clemson scenarios on Saturday...

*Beat Wake Forest and clinch at least a 4-seed. With a win, take the 3-seed with a Virginia home loss to Georgia Tech and a Pitt win over NC State at home.

*Can still clinch the 4-seed with a loss and a Pitt loss to NC State. Drop to a 6-seed otherwise.

6:00 -- Clemson @ Wake (ACCN)

7:45 -- NCSU @ Pitt (The CW)

How can Clemson be favored for 4th when Wake will be favored in their game, and Pitt will be favored over NC State?

Because 1) Wake cant finish 4th 2) Pitt needs 2

things to happen to finish 4th (a win AND a Clemson loss)3) Clemson only needs 1 of 2 things to happen to finish 4th (a win OR a Pitt loss). The fact Clemson also has a chance to finish 3rd actually lowers the 4th % for us.

You really think Brownell can carry his team on the road and pick up a much needed win against WF even though they have lost two straight the last one to Georgia Tec. I pray that I’m wrong. This is the get your hopes up and they get dashed Brownell game. You can read him like a book.
