I was in the north stands at the 50 yd line and I didn’t understand it either.
The entire thing was just odd. Now if the conjoined twins had been there then that would have been an entirely different show.

And a terrible decision to not play towards the home side for homecoming
And no “memories at Clemson” traditional homecoming song, they just want to mess with traditions, they’ll give us some traditions back, but then do stupid crap like the halftime show

Having graduated in 03, I was there for Dr. Spede's first year as band director of Tiger Band. From his first year he was trying to change the way we did stuff.
Over the years some of the things he change were good, but so many of them has been shyatt. This would be in-line with his wth decisions.

I think the lack of homecoming pomp was because no one on campus could do the rehearsals for it this week.

The part where he was imagining singing one twin to the dying twin was super weird

Still admit to not understanding 90% of the programs or the dozens of honorees recognized throughout each of the home games. It's like a few minutes of Charlie Brown's teacher speaking than obligatory applause.

We had went to the concession stand and missed it, but from what I was told, it was odd and not very good.
