to pass interference and holding. They are all over the place, and let players get away with so much, then they randomly enforce the rule. Players don't know how to play because they don't know how or if the rules are going to be enforced from one play to the next.

Yeah it's wild how everyone will see the most egregious crap not get called and then the very next play they will throw a flag for someone being too close to a receiver. It's the most Jekyll and Hyde penalty enforced out there.

Exactly!

There was that much or more contact on previous plays by DB's on both teams. So, call it like you have all game. Or at least, don't be a part of the game at a critical time.

Almost a shame to have had it come down to the refs. Well, I guess it did, because they missed the facemask call.

.... I listened to on warchant.com.

Refs let bumping and banging and pushing all night long (both teams). Then they call a PI on a 4th and 18 with relatively little contact.

Lot of close calls that the majority seemed to go against FSU. Then the face mask that wasn't called.

That is the way that officials exert FAR too much control

over the outcome of games. That is why, if EYE were a diabolical mobster, and wanted to "fix" a game, I would never approach a player. ONE well placed official is all it would take.
