I read a lot of articles where a particular Blue Chip recruit, or maybe a transfer is deemed, not "a good fit" for the Tiger program. Reading between the lines, what do y'all think that means? It's never really spelled out beyond this.

B) are they criminals

Sadly, we are one of the last remaining programs that considers these two factors.

A good fit is hard to describe but you know it when you see it. A knucklehead who has on a passing interest in education. His social media littered with things not appropriate for a 17 year old. Only cares about himself. No family support system. Relies more on talent than work ethic. Lacks appropriate social skills and lacks respect for others.

Could be a good kid with great talent. Just because his family situation isn't Brady Bunch-esque doesn't mean he can't succeed at a very high level. His teammates and coaches can step in as a support system for family.... because thats what Clemson harps on right?


Its like Clemson is the 60% version of BYU
