Now, I am not going to get into anything about the portal or show confidence in our coaches. I am simply looking at this from the perspective of personnel.
Clemson has playmakers all over the field… think AW0, JB9, BW12, TJM1, CT22, PW11, TJP3, KB7, AH23, SB47, and WW17… and has seen nothing but headlines saying ‘you don’t belong’, and ‘you’re gonna get blown out’ (some of our ‘fans’ are even saying that). You could not have set Dabo up better from a motivation standpoint (ok I lied, I’m sorta getting into coaching, but they have a known track record of over performing when the world is against them).
I also believe that Cade is the real deal and IF he goes off, hits a few big plays early, and we play a full 60 minute game this could get very fun very quickly.
I’m happy supporting my team, I call it like I see it, and have no desire to think otherwise.
Go Tigers!

I’m honestly thinking it could be similar to our opener. Ga and Texas have some real studs and they are playing at home. Just keeping it real and will be pulling like heck for a TIGER win.

You forgot to point out that YOU are just being objective and it’s too bad if NO ONE else can go along with it.

Our opening game than now. The team is totally different once we allowed our talented freshmen WRs to play. We looked in the first half like we had a great defense, but we see its flaws since.
That being said, I could see any outcome and not be surprised!

I also hope to God that we do blow them out!
Cade would have to have the game of his life, especially without a proven running game. Also, would need other things to happen:
Easy E (or some RB) has a great game, the OL plays as well as they did verses the chickens, we win the turnover margin, Wes doesn’t scheme us out of it in the second half, we tackle much better, and we take the crowd out of it and make some huge plays early, then yes we can win.
20 points though? I hope you’re right but I’m not putting big bucks on it.

I just hope we win by 1 point lol. Anything more then that is icing on the cake. I do think our D can cause Ewers problems though. He can throw some ints and our O starts out hot sometimes. Idk that we can close it out if we get up big tho. Hopefully this will be our 4 quarter game all put together and we dominate.

I don’t know if my heart can take another SMU game. Let’s hope the OP is right.
Just win, baby!

I do love the games like that but you are correct about the heart. Idk if any of us need a close game like that again after the precious 2 weeks.

If the coaches open it up for Cade I think he can throw all over Texas. Our D needs to make some stops and get some turnovers.

couldn't really get it going well on the field. Mukuba, a key cog in Texas' #1 D and all that this season, was apparently getting beat by our own guys regularly when he was here.
Is Texas' Defense really all that? Is it maybe more smoke and mirrors based in part on who they've played and what's been asked of them? With an extra motivated Cade Klubnik coming home to seize victory, they're going to have their hands full.
I wouldn't be surprised at all with a double digit Tiger victory Saturday.
