I anticipate more defamation of his rapee to be aired in the near future, by TheRump.
Maybe he wants to do it all over in 2025?? I hope so.

That's true.
Just another line on the CRIMINAL RESUME ot TheRump. (Like a sexual charge and illegally paying-off (bribing) a #### star are not enough for his MAGA fans.)
I hope he gets another trial for defamation. He has no self-control, to go with his egotism, stupidity, and criminal inclinations.
Will the House Republicans have an inquiry into the illegal gifts and money funneled (from foreign govts) to TheRump from his DC hotel?? Oh, that's right, there's no reason to investigate -- they already know he's guilty. What a crook.

About 25 years ago I went to a factory around Florence,SC to work through a shutdown. French owned and I can’t remember their name. Sorry. They had strict rules regarding sexual harassment that would have you removed from the workplace rather quickly. I was told not to look at any particular woman at the factory in what could be considered an inappropriate way. (Don’t look at her bewbs). They actually placed a time limit of 3 seconds on your ogling, subject entirely to the opinion of said woman. It was her word against yours. I understand it was the result of a woman who sued the company over sexual harassment. I heard she made out pretty good on that.

You may be right. As quickly as he seems to be losing his mental acuity, he may have forgotten all about the defamation in '25. He seems pretty demented, so we'll see what happens. Heck of a choice - one candidate has dementia and mumbles and the other becomes more unhinged. Lord help us.

Most rich crooks will always get away with the crimes/wrongs they commit, and that's why they never quit doing it. How many people do we know that can sexually abuse a woman, then talk crap about the woman they have abused. The rich get away with things that most of us would be sentenced 35 years in prison if we had done the exact same thing!!!

The accused is not required to present a defense. It's entirely up to the prosecutor to prove guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Learn to think like an American.

Yet, despite that, the jury in E.Jean Carrol’s sexual abuse case against Trump could still not cough up a ‘guilty of r_ _e’ verdict.
Despite being a NY jury that, statistically speaking, was likely to be 70% Democrat voters.

The civil jury found that he did what would be considered rape by any reasonable person, according to the judge. NY law requires circumstances for rape that weren't quite met according to the jury, but make no mistake: it would be rape in SC, among other states. If some of his other victims get over their fear of his crazy followers, we might see some more cases. As for the 13 year old he allegedly raped in Epstein's apartment (with a sworn witness present, by the way), we probably won't hear her story for another year or two, after Trump is long gone.

If you knew anything about America, you'd know that there is no prosecutor in a civil trial. There is a plaintiff and a defendant. Reasonable doubt only applies to criminal trials.

In a fantastic coincidence, Ms. Carrol, being a self admitted big fan of the old TV series ‘Law and Order,’ happened to allege that her situation about being r_ _ed happened in a Bergdorf’s department store dressing room (while trying on lingerie).
The exact same story, including the department store itself, was the central crime scenario as an episode of Law and Order that occurred before Ms. Carrol came up with her story. Really.
From watching some of her selfie type videos and video interviews by others of her, Ms. Carrol is a certified nut job. Bad enough that one of her friends (who is also a former work colleague of Ms. Carrol) testified in the Yrump / defamation trial (per transcript from the trial) along the lines of ‘Ms. Carrol’s drug problem is herself as the drug.’
E.Jean Carrol is a combination of raving narcissist & lunatic. She has (or had … probably all taken down by now) all kinds of posts on social media about feminine weirdo ‘words of advice’ which are copulation centric.

Cope and seethe libs...Nikki Clinton is down 40pts in South Carolina where Trump will deliver a knockout blow and he is the favorite to beat to be Bidumb in November
Oh yeah, and Fani Willis about to get impeached then removed from the RICO case against Trump after the hearing on Jan 15th. Then she will have her own racketeering case brought against her.
As for the other trials, Trump's immunity claims will go through at least 6 or 7 more months of court appeals, then the closest trial date will take 3 additional months on pretrial motions along with seating a jury which already puts us around November before a case even begins.
Long story short, DONALD J TRUMP will you be your president very soon ...get ready libs

He presented no defense in the original defamation trial where they awarded her 5 million and told him to keep his shit-eating mouth shut. Instead, he continued to attack her in an attempt to get his addled followers to keep up with the death threats, etc. The 83 million award is simply because the guy is less than an idiot. 83 million for running his shit-eating mouth to his shit-eating followers.

Trump said he could grope women and get away with it because he was a star. Maybe more people would have believed him if he hadn't bragged about doing the very thing he was accused of.
"I'm automatically attracted to beautiful - I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. When you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab 'em by the p*ssy. You can do anything."

He owed a friend of mine $500k after he finished a project for him and would not pay. He sued and it went to arbitration and he wound up getting about half. That’s pretty much his MO.

Settlement happens BEFORE a jury verdict. He has to either put 83 million into a trust account accessible by the court or otherwise secure that amount in order to appeal. He might get an appeals court to reduce the punitive damages, but he will have to keep his mouth shut. Does anybody think he has enough self-control to do that? He's an easy target for anybody willing to sue at this point.
Still many, many cases to come over the insurrection as soon as SCOTUS declares he is not immune for criminal actions as president. Thousands of us who were no where near DC will be in class-action suits against the ########.

For context about the crookedness of the E.Jean Carroll / Trump defamation trial, please refer to tigermanac®’s post ‘This only galvanizes the base’ and scroll down to my long post.
I’ve summarized key aspects of the actual trial transcript.
For any TNetter who dares to read my post in the Tigermanac thread, you will see the blatant bias and judicial misconduct in this Defamation lawsuit.
There will be leftists who, fearful that Trump MIGHT POSSIBLY corrupt the legal system to his political advantage, they are perfectly fine with America’s leftists have ALREADY managed to deeply corrUupt America’s legal system.
Whoever wins and whoever loses is not a decision based on law. Instead, the politically favored (establishment politicians moneyed interests that bribe the politicians, and people that are eager to be the pawns [i.e., the contrived plaintiffs] in LawFare suits) are the ones who win lawsuits.
(*). Beware America’s descent into a system of judicial travesty. The ‘favored’ team members to whom America’s leftists believe that they are a part can and will, and will change. When that happens, and you find your own future beholden to the whims of the powerful, the. It will be too late to yearn for the time when laws, as opposed to the whims of man, decided your rights and freedoms.
