As long as it takes to finally get here, I can't believe we are 8 days out from this game.
I know we all wear orange and purple glasses, but I am not too worried about this game.
I think the biggest difference is going to be the trenches. The Oline that they have needs time to gel, and Death Valley against our Dline is the worst thing for these guys.
I think they will get theirs on offense - Nuss is a good quarterback and they always have playmakers. I also think with it being game 1 under Allen, there could be some mistakes on missed assignments/communication. But in the end I think they will just get worn down from the physicality on both fronts.
I think at halftime we have a close one, 20-14 lead.
Second half it gets blown wide open, the REAL TIGERS start their hunt for #4 with a 38-24 win.

20-16 LSU. The pre-season hype about having "the best offense in 'Merica" will probably be gone by halftime. I actually think the 16 points come from 3 FGs & a defensive score. Hope I'm wrong but our offense has a lot to prove & so does Riley. He has been a doormat for SEC teams almost everytime he has faced one. I do expect the defense to be much much better though.

i'm gonna with a 38-24 kinda game. with LSU scoring late, with our "prevent D" that can't prevent anything, making the score appear closer than it should

Randall & Haynes each with a TD on the ground
FG from 45+
Everyone feels good except the visitors. Fans still try to storm the field and Clemson gets fined. Well worth it to shut up critics.

The critics are few. Most every pundit is picking Clemson. The hype this team is getting is over the top. Gonna be hard to play the disrespect card this year.
