Well, there is only one left on the playing field. Clay has to get his reps as third theam WR. His brothers are on the sideline as coaches in training or graduate assistants. But Sammy Brown is also third string. Odd that he led the Spring game in tackles and can't crack the two deep. If Wesco and Moore don't play again then I think it holds the Tigers to around 30.

I hope more than 30 for the game, but keep in mind app state is not horrible. If cade cannot throw down field, then mafa better run wild. Because I don’t think we’re gonna score 40 points with cade averaging 6 yards per pass.
App state beat Texas A&M I think about 3 years ago.
I think they played three really tight games versus UNC the past three years, I think they won one of those.

And happy with that? I’m around your same number and I’ll be happy with that. I truly think we were better vs UGA than we were last year against Duke, but this next game will tell us a lot as we are healthy.

I want a 45+ on offense and hopefully defense can hold them to 20 or so with rotating lots of freshmen on both sides. I don’t get why Sammy didn’t see the field Woodaz and Carter were basically the only linebackers with McLeod getting two snaps and getting beat in that small sample size

We will not break 30 against App St.
I’m actually stunned by the amount of people on here I see predicting 48-10 and scores such as that.
This will absolutely be a full 4 quarter fight to the finish.
App St can absolutely beat us and honestly it may not be the worst thing for the program in the big picture. I’m not saying they will I’m saying they’re more than capable.
This is not 2018 anymore. IF we win it will be something like 24-17/21-17/24-20.
Either way this is going to be a 4 quarter game and if I’m wrong I’ll be pleasantly surprised but I don’t think I will be.
This is a 7/8 win team and it’s going to get worse before it gets better.
If you’re a gambling man and you don’t take App St +17 then you’re out of your mind. App St will cover easily. This will not be a blowout.
Again… if I’m wrong then I’ll be pleasantly surprised and people can bump this thread and I’ll eat it but if I’m right will some of you at least start to admit what the rest of us can see?

When I watch teams like Georgia tech and Miami, they literally have rosters that are NOT in the same level as Clemson’s. Even offensively.
Yet they are finding a way to move the ball. And then score.
There’s no excuse for this thing not to be clicking by now. None. If we struggle for the next couple games Riley may be gone.
