At recruits, so he could at least have something to point to (his passionate rant) after 5 studs just commit out of nowhere.
Less questions asked and eyebrows raised. Good job?
sc jr is still gonna murdered consistently along the sec and clemson trail for the next decade, unfortunately.

Okay, well guys who columbia wis news tabbed as 4 stars after searching high and low to find some obscure website who tabbed them as such.
Not the point though, guy. Point is, they've had 5 recruits with a 1.8 star avg for like 7 months, and in 1 week they double their commit count?
Seems legit.

Studs is used loosely. The kid from Bama didnt even get offered by Auburn OR Bama, that should tell you something.

Instead of sc jr landing 5 commits randomly in one week, it being more than obvious they cheated for it to happen -spurrier decided to make a splash in the media just beforehand to give off the illusion that he's suddenly passionate about football again, and is the chief factor in jr doubling their commit board in a week.

None of those guys look "bought" to me.
PJ Blue has some...issues. Won't go into it on a public forum, but both Auburn and 'Bama passed on him for a reason.
I have heard Marlon Character is a decent-to-OK DB, some decent schools were taking a look at him. Don't think we were interested. He claims a UGA offer, I doubt it's commitable at the moment. Character is probably a January offer for most elite schools if they've gotta work their boards; he probably wanted a bird in the hand. I think Rivals has him rated a 5.8 4-star...if I was ranking him, he'd be a 5.7...a high-end 3. Runs well, kinda straight-linish...looks kinda like a CB/safety tweener to me. Maybe a nickel back in college? Dunno.
As for the rest, I honestly haven't heard of any of them.
Schools don't usually make it rain for 3-star guys in July.

Fact of the matter is, they have no athlete anywhere close to Clowney, Gilmore, Holloman, Hampton, Quarles, Jeffrey, Lattimore.... nor do they have a "bail ya out if unlikely 3rd and long" gamers behind center like Shaw was.
They replicated exactly the defensive gameplan FSU had against us, and Morris couldn't make the necessary halftime adjustments.
Vic and Quarles are the types they're after at this point. Red flag guys with talent that Spurrier hopes will turn into "paycheck only" swearinger/clowney type players who he could care less about and vice versa, yet they uphold h8s college resume only to then play ONE year in the nfl and blow all their money on hookers bc they lack the character to keep them where their talent takes them.
Starting Safety for the Texans was ran off bc of his detrimentally infectious locker room behavioral traits.
