What is our problem with not recruiting an obvious winner like this?

Who says we are not recruiting him? He says Scott wants to

stay in touch. Unlike some schools, Clemson sticks to its commitments, so it is important that a recruit is a good fit, and I trust our coaches to identify the best choices. They know a lot more than you or I.

We may have our plate full of the count of WRs the coaches plan on taking in this class OR, we maybe waiting to see if one we've been after commits. After all, this guy is already committed to Colorado, and he may not be all that serious about Clemson, but he is wanting that big time offer on his list of offers. One thing we can be assured of, and that is our coaches know after talking to theses kids, just how serious about Clemson they really are!!!

They surely do learn how to play well, though, don't they? And, they have high character, which makes up for, at least, 1 star.

For a split second there I thought that was a pic of Vic Beasley.

The open WR spot left in our 2019 class is Joe Ngata's to lose. I believe that Ngata will ultimately commit to Clemson, but if that doesn't happen then the door will open for a guy like Huffman-Dixon to pick up an offer

Wondering why we cant extend kids like this an offer when we have Brannon Spector taking up a wide reciever spot as a 3 star? It may just be me not having faith in the coaching staff, but wouldnt we try to take the best players over legacy players and brothers of good recruits? I feel like we may be placing too much of an emphasis on kids that are extremely good fits, and instead may be ignoring our chances to stack our roster with talent.

Recruits, that are good fits, work hard and develop, stay out of trouble for the most part and play 4 years! I think it pays off for us!

Evaluations are more important than rankings. Brannon Spector is actually very good and certainly and underrated athlete. He finished second behind Nolan Smith in his regional camp composite athletic ranking. He'll probably stay underrated which is fine.
