This could be like our 1969 Gamecoot football season. Let's do it. Just have to beat Duke in the ACC tournament. One game. Could happen. That's just basketball.

If you look at sport reference.com is shows 86-87 as 25-6, but if you look at that season’s game log, it’s is only 23-6.

Sports reference does not list the Hawaii-Pacific and Florida International games. Thanks Wikipedia!

We had 26 wins in the 1990 season, but 2 were vacated so officially we only had 24 wins.

25 is the record (3x).

Hard to believe our historical run last season only yielded 24 wins. We will break the record this year. Conservative 24 regular season wins. At least 3-4 added to it... maybe more but the ncaa tournament is kinda luck of the draw, seeding, teams get on streaks etc. But the facts, we have a really good team capable of beating anyone, no major injuries to date, favorable acc schedule. No reason we cannot win the acc championship this year. Enjoy the ride.

We only have 11 regular season games left with only 5 at home so to get to 25 or 26, we will have to have a deep run in ACC or NCAA Tournament but we could get a new high if we do.
