Wins in the Valley

Had Clemson not lost to Pitt a few years back how many games in a row would they be going for Saturday.

Since Dabo has been HC what is his record in the Valley.

I think Dabo said something on an interview that had Clemson not screwed up the PItt game they would be going for some kind of national record.

Not really a fair comparison. Back then teams only played 6 home games a year and an 11 total regular season. If miami played 12 games a year back then (85-94), then by adding that 7th home game you could probably add 10 more wins for them. Most likely they would add a scrub team like everyone else now does with that 7th home game. So to be legit we need to have like 68 in a row, not 58.

With a win against Pitt in 2016 Clemson would have 22 more games on its home winning streak for a total of 59 straight.
