Ask yourself, if you are a millionaire in the nfl and someone saids they are suing you for sexual assault. But you have a chance to pay out of court and it will all go away. If you are guilty I feel like you should pay. Not morally right I know, but if you aren’t guilty you stand and fight it. The more girls that join the more far fetched it seems. I could see one or two girls. But this is coming from a place of hate. Someone is trying to destroy everything deshaun has built. No way it’s true, I would like to think the Texans organization has nothing to do with this, but the more they pile it on the more likely it seems to me. In today's world police reports are not necessary, ask Bret Cavanaugh. It does not matter whether a crime has been committed it's the seriousness of the charge. This will surely get worse before it gets better.
The accused is being tried in the court of public opinion. In Civil cases the accusers can say and make statements in the complaint with no fear of retribution. In other words they can throw anything against the wall to see if it will stick.
The defendant is deluged with interrogatories, discovery, depositions while all of these proceedings move agonizingly at a snails pace through the system. After the process runs it's course and if the defendant is lucky enough to win his/her case they are emotionally drained, much less well off financially and have taken a big hit in the eyes of the public.
At this point the defendant can counter sue the plaintiff (s) which in most cases is useless because they are not finically able to pay compensation.
The ulterior objective of most plaintiffs in cases like this one is to coerce the defendant to make a settlement out of court. JMO.

In many cases, if you dont care about your reputation and its a civil case, its easier to pay an amount that is less than what you would have to pay in lawyers' fees.

1. It was a set up. The women forced DW to respond to their ads, set up an appointment, and solicit them for a sexual act.
2. It was the executives for the Texans. They were mad at DW's trade request so deliberately sabotaged his value to the team and trade value by recruting women (22, at least) to lie about him wanted his ##### touched and anus oiled.
3. It's the womens' fault. They knew what DW was really after when he said "massage."
At some point you're gonna have to have to look past the narrative which suggests that by virtue of having played at Clemson, DW (like all Clemson players and coaches) is the second coming of Christ Almighty, and may have engaged in questionble conduct.

If all of these accusations are proven to be fabricated if I were DW I would file suits against everyone of these tramps. If DW were to win these suits if I were DW I would take everything they have even if it put them out on the street.
It’s the only way this kind of BS is going to stop.
It’s a shame DW has to spend thousands of dollars in legal fees to prove his innocence. Money DW could use to help those in need.
We need laws to protect people from frivolous lawsuits and false accusations. And laws that punish these sleaze bucket attorneys who handle these kind of cases. There are many really good attorneys but the few sleazy slam balls give the legal profession a bad name. Those who use the law for profit, those that who abuse the laws for their own personal $$$$ gain should be disbarred for life and put in prison.

I can support DW - but also question what happened.
Without question, there is a clear difference between getting a massage from a trained and licensed source and getting a “massage” from a unlicensed person.
You cannot confuse the two. One is therapeutic and the other is sensual at the least.
So, if you hire an unlicensed- you know what you are here for. So does she.
If this is the case, I am surprised that DW would partake, but whatever.
The question then is, did he do anything that is illegal or did he pass the limits of the masseuse?
