J.Kerry and Biden share several characteristics.

Never bright even when young, especially stupid now, no impulse control, big mouth.

There are differences, though.

To Biden’s credit, he was never especially self-righteous. J.Kerry is insufferably self-righteous.
To Kerry’s credit, his grafting is nothing worse than the typical senator. Biden is a grafter extraordinaire.

Biden was too stupid to marry into money, therefore he had to use his sons and brother to be his crime ‘soldiahs.’
To Kerry’s credit, he put in the work to find a rich idiot (Teresa Heinz Kerry) to marry.

Defunding John Kerry is one of the few apparently sincere moves that our current congress is attempting.
