According to this article, there has already been a “formal ratification from the conference’s board of directors.”

Don’t know if it is the case, but delaying the formal ratification might also be an issue for the ACC if it can be shown to be purposely done to obstruct exits by certain schools, especially given they already voted for it.

Completely spitballing here of course - nothing else to do while waiting to dry out after last night’s monsoon.
