Yes, for a 79 year old who has been beaten up mentally, physically, monetarily, mug shot and even shot at by DEMs for 10 long years, he is really showing off his astuteness in his 2nd term and has taken off the kid gloves.
The DEMs are gonna wish they hadn't messed with him and already are but he's just started to destroy their cash caches (like USAID and some NGO's) that created funding & havoc.
