Balls gonna hang out of that thing. Corners and WR uniforms are going to be skimpier than women’s beach volleyball before too long.

players are wearing short pants and read that many are simply cutting the pants short.

Some claimed the shorter pants allow freer movement; some observers claim it allows them to show off muscles, whatever. Surprising thing is the NCAA requires knees to be covered, meaning the athletes are simply ignoring the rules, as are staffs.

Technology has improved padding over the years, but it seems padding over the knees makes sense. Apparently, many at the collegiate level beg to differ. My attitude is it's just more of this tail wagging the dog malarkey; however, in the scheme of things it's just not something I'm going to lose a minute's sleep over. lol

The NCAA lost control of college athletics a long time ago. If they tell the coaches that if the rules for knee covering, excessive celebrations and etc. will be flagged, this crap will stop. Once they let rules slip by, it is too late to start this season. Hey NCAA, you screwed up a lot of thing...maybe for next year you can get some gonads and at least enforce the rules!

The NCAA is the most useless governing body in all organized sports, from peewee leagues to the pros. Has been for 15 years at least.
